Who we are
VeeMax Deal Desk (“Deal Desk”, “we”, “us”) is operated by veemaxdealdesk, based in South Africa. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +27 72 318 2842 or by email at veemax.com@gmail.com.
What Deal Desk is
Deal Desk is quoting and receipt software for merchants. It calculates quotes, keeps a record of sales and issues receipts. It does not hold, exchange, transfer or store money or cryptocurrency, and we are not a party to any transaction between a merchant and their customer.
Information stored on your device
Your trading country, rate, business name, quote prefix, and the quotes and sales you create are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your own device. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them. Deal Desk has no accounts.
If you clear your browser data or remove the app, this information is deleted and we cannot recover it.
Advertising and measurement tools
We use two third-party tools to measure how well our advertising works and to show our ads to people who have visited Deal Desk:
- Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms
- Google tag for Google Ads, provided by Google
These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, your IP address, and the ad that brought you here. They also record when certain actions happen in Deal Desk: completing setup, creating your first quote, completing a quote, sharing a quote, and tapping our WhatsApp link.
We send only the name of each action. We never send amounts, rates, currencies, business names, customer details, quote numbers, or anything else you type into Deal Desk.
Meta and Google handle this information under their own policies: Meta Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices
- Turn off personalised Google ads at My Ad Center.
- Manage the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Blocking these tools does not affect how Deal Desk works.
Hosting
Deal Desk is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify’s servers process technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to reply to you.
Children
Deal Desk is intended for adults running a business and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
