1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use VeeMax Deal Desk at veemaxdealdesk.com (“Deal Desk”). Deal Desk is provided by veemaxdealdesk (“we”, “us”). By using Deal Desk you agree to these terms.

2. What Deal Desk does

Deal Desk is software that helps merchants calculate quotes, record sales and issue receipts.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the rates you set and every quote and receipt you issue;
• checking figures before you or your customers rely on them;
• complying with the laws that apply to your business where you operate, including any licensing, registration, tax, anti-money-laundering or customer-identification requirements.

You must not use Deal Desk for fraud or for anything unlawful.

4. Your data

Everything you enter is stored only on your own device. We do not receive it and cannot back it up. Clearing your browser data or removing the app deletes it permanently, so keep your own copies of anything important. Our Privacy Policy explains what information our advertising tools collect.

5. Availability

Deal Desk is currently provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or stop offering it at any time.

6. No warranty

Deal Desk is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations will always be correct.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of Deal Desk, including losses connected with quotes, rates, disputes with your customers, or lost data.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
